RETURN POLICY
All returns and refunds must be pre-authorized by Primetime Displays. Please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form to receive your authorization for return/refund.

Un-opened (re-sellable) product can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for the product less any shipping costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

In the event it is deemed your product is defective, or that it was damaged during shipping, Primetime Displays will ship you a replacement product at no additional charge.

Your refund will be issued once the item is received by Primetime Displays and it is deemed re-sellable. We highly recommend using a shipping method that is traceable as we are not responsible for any product that is lost during shipment back to us.
