RETURN POLICY

All returns and refunds must be pre-authorized by Primetime Displays. Please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form to receive your authorization for return/refund.

• Un-opened (re-sellable) product can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for the product less any shipping costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

• In the event it is deemed your product is defective, or that it was damaged during shipping, Primetime Displays will ship you a replacement product at no additional charge.

Your refund will be issued once the item is received by Primetime Displays and it is deemed re-sellable. We highly recommend using a shipping method that is traceable as we are not responsible for any product that is lost during shipment back to us.
